ABOUT US                         

The Benefice of St Dunstan, St Mildred and St Peter is a community of Inclusive Churches in Canterbury. We aim to welcome and and include everyone who seeks to journey with God. We care about the environment, and issues of poverty and justice.

Through our three Churches you may encounter God in different ways, each has a unique history and character. We are a prayerful and Eucharistic community and we warmly invite you to worship with us across the Benefice.

The Benefice is under the leadership of the Rector, Rev Jo Richards and the Ministry Team.

Open Table

Open Table Canterbury takes place on the 2nd Sunday of each month at St Peter’s Anglican Church. 

Join us for refreshments at 3pm and a Eucharist Service at 3:30pm

Open Table Canterbury is run by the Benefice in partnership with the LGBT+ Chaplaincy.

The Open Table Network is a growing partnership of Christian worship communities which welcome and affirm people who are: Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer / Questioning, Intersex, Asexual (LGBTQIA) + our families, friends & anyone who wants to belong in an accepting, loving community. Churches don’t always feel safe or welcoming to LGBTQIA+ people. But ‘Open Table’ is an invitation to come in, just as you are, and be with us, in a safe, affirming community.
